The afternoon is yours to relax or explore the city at your own pace. In the evening, we’ll come together for our first traditional Argentine asado, an unforgettable introduction to the country’s rich grilling culture, paired with great wine and even better company.

We’ll explore the elegant Recoleta neighborhood, diving into Argentina’s history and culture as we walk its grand streets, finishing at the iconic Recoleta Cemetery. In the evening, we’ll experience a live tango show, an unforgettable look at one of Argentina’s most passionate and defining traditions.

Transfer to Argentina's premier wine region, Mendoza. After checking into your hotel, we'll come together for a welcome dinner celebrating regional specialties.

We’ll head into the Uco Valley for a visit to Zuccardi Winery. Enjoy a guided tour and tasting, followed by a multi-course lunch thoughtfully paired with their wines. In the evening, we’ll keep it relaxed with a light dinner on the property, taking in the stunning vineyard and mountain views.

On our final day in Mendoza, we’ll visit Kaiken Winery in Luján de Cuyo, known for producing bold, expressive reds. After some time to refresh back at the hotel, we’ll gather for a multi-course farewell dinner, paired with some of the top wines from the region.

We’ll visit the farm at VIK Winery for a true farm-to-table lunch, with a menu crafted by the chef using 95% estate-grown ingredients. The afternoon is yours to relax and explore the property before we come together for a farewell dinner at the estate’s flagship restaurant, featuring traditional flavors paired with their wines. In the morning we'll transfer to Santiago.
