This was far more than a food and wine tour—it was an immersion into the history, culture, traditions, and people behind the wines of the Basque Country, Rioja, and Priorat.
What made the experience so special was the care and passion that were evident in every detail. From walking through vineyards and learning about the grapes and terroir firsthand, to meeting winemakers who generously shared their stories, to enjoying remarkable meals that showcased the unique character of each region, every experience felt thoughtfully chosen and expertly woven into a larger story.
Jake and Lauren's deep knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine love for these regions made the tour both educational and deeply enjoyable. We came away with a richer appreciation of the wines, the food, and the people who make them—and with wonderful memories that we will cherish for years to come.
