Arrive in McMinnville

We arrive in Portland (PXD) and after a short drive, welcome to McMinnville, Oregon’s charming heart of wine country, where tree-lined streets meet world-class Pinot. After checking in to our boutique inn, we’ll kick things off with a casual welcome toast and golden-hour stroll through town. Tonight, we gather for a relaxed, chef-hosted dinner featuring seasonal Northwest flavors and local pours that set the tone for the days ahead. Unwind, settle in, and get to know your fellow travelers, this is just the beginning of something delicious.

Pinot Noir!

Today we dive into the soul of the Willamette Valley. We’ll visit handpicked wineries, each with a story to tell and a glass to share. From sleek modern tasting rooms to rustic vineyard hideaways, you’ll taste the diversity of Oregon terroir through elegant Pinot Noir, crisp Chardonnay, and more. Expect private tastings, stunning views, and unhurried moments with the makers behind the wines. Lunch is served among the vines, because here, the valley doesn’t just produce wine, it serves up magic.

Delicacies of Oregon

Today is all about flavor, pure, local, and unmistakably Oregon. We’ll explore the region’s most iconic delicacies, from wild mushrooms and hazelnuts to line-caught seafood and artisan cheeses. Meet the passionate producers behind the ingredients, tour a working farm, and enjoy a hands-on culinary experience that brings the land to life. In the evening, we gather for a multi-course dinner where Oregon’s bounty takes center stage, paired with thoughtfully selected local wines. It’s a feast for the senses and a tribute to the richness of this extraordinary place.

Transfer to Seattle

Today we'll head north. By private coach we'll making a transfer from the Willamette Valley to Seattle. On the way, well stop for a local specialty of oysters and craft beer.

After we arrive at our hotel, we'll refresh before a beautiful sunset cruise in the harbor.

Explore the Pike Market & Chihuly Gardens

Together we'll explore the century‑old Pike Place Market, watch the famous fish‑tossing and sip local apple cider. Then, taste incredible local chowder and of course, smoked salmon!

Next, we wander Dale Chihuly’s spectacular glass art instillation before our farewell dinner together.
