After breakfast, we’ll drive to Syracuse, arriving in time to explore the enchanting island of Ortigia. Guests can wander its narrow streets, admire the Baroque architecture, and take in the views of the sparkling Ionian Sea. In the evening, we’ll settle into our hotel and enjoy a dinner highlighting the local flavors and culinary traditions of Syracuse.

Today we’ll take a day trip to Modica, exploring its historic streets and indulging in a hands-on chocolate-making experience at one of the city’s renowned chocolaterias. Afterward, we’ll head to the scenic Val di Noto for an afternoon lunch at a local winery, sampling regional wines and enjoying the flavors of southeastern Sicily surrounded by sun-drenched vineyards.

Guests have a full day to explore Syracuse at their own pace. Wander the streets of Ortigia, visit local shops, enjoy a leisurely café, or simply soak in the city’s atmosphere. This is the perfect opportunity to immerse in the Sicilian lifestyle and savor the charm and rhythm of Syracuse.

Today we’ll journey to the famed city of Taormina, taking in the stunning coastal views along the way. Upon arrival, guests can settle into their accommodations before joining an evening walking tour of the city, exploring its charming streets, piazzas, and historic landmarks. We’ll conclude the day with a group dinner, celebrating the start of the final leg of our Sicilian adventure.

Today we’ll embark on a day trip to Mount Etna, Europe’s most active volcano. Guests will trek across its dramatic lava fields and craters, guided by local experts who will share insights into the volcano’s geology, history, and the surrounding ecosystem. This immersive experience offers both adventure and education, allowing guests to witness the raw power and beauty of one of Sicily’s most iconic natural landmarks.

Today we return to Mount Etna, this time to explore the region’s unique viticulture. Guests will visit a scenic winery on the volcanic slopes, learning about the cultivation of grapes in this extraordinary terroir. The day includes a guided tour of the vineyards, a tasting of local wines, and a group lunch, offering a delicious and immersive experience of Sicily’s wine culture amid stunning volcanic landscapes.

On the final day of our tour, guests have the day free to relax and enjoy Taormina at their own pace—strolling the streets, visiting shops, or simply soaking in the stunning coastal views. In the evening, we’ll come together for a farewell dinner, celebrating the journey, the flavors, and the memories made throughout our Sicilian adventure before departures the following day.
