Catania City Tour & Free Afternoon

The day begins with a guided morning tour exploring Catania’s rich history and striking architecture, from its Baroque piazzas to landmarks shaped by centuries of culture. Afterward, guests have the afternoon free to wander local shops, enjoy a scenic boat ride along the coast, or simply soak in the city’s atmosphere. In the evening, enjoy a relaxed dinner al fresco on a charming piazza, savoring the flavors of Sicily as the city lights come to life.

Drive to Syracuse & Ortigia Exploration

After breakfast, we’ll drive to Syracuse, arriving in time to explore the enchanting island of Ortigia. Guests can wander its narrow streets, admire the Baroque architecture, and take in the views of the sparkling Ionian Sea. In the evening, we’ll settle into our hotel and enjoy a dinner highlighting the local flavors and culinary traditions of Syracuse.

Day Trip to Noto

Noto, the jewel of Sicilian Baroque, is a place made for wandering. Honey-colored limestone buildings glow in the afternoon sun, grand staircases invite you to linger, and every turn seems to reveal another perfect café, pastry case, or quiet piazza. This is Sicily at its most elegant and unhurried.

We’ll spend the day exploring the historic center at an easy pace, admiring the cathedral, popping into shops and churches, enjoying a long lunch, and letting curiosity (and espresso) guide us. Think granite al limone, almond pastries, local wines, and that unmistakable feeling of being exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Free Day in Syracuse

Guests have a full day to explore Syracuse at their own pace. Wander the streets of Ortigia, visit local shops, enjoy a leisurely café, or simply soak in the city’s atmosphere. This is the perfect opportunity to immerse in the Sicilian lifestyle and savor the charm and rhythm of Syracuse.

Valle delle'Acate to Agrigento

We’ll depart Syracuse and make our way toward Agrigento, stopping in the Ragusa region for a winery visit and leisurely lunch at Valle delle Acate. After our tasting experience, we’ll continue on to Agrigento to check into our pristine hotel, offering breathtaking views of the ancient temples. Later, we’ll gather for an evening walking tour of the city, winding through its storied streets and historic landmarks before enjoying a festive group dinner

Valley Of The Temples

This morning, we’ll explore the Valley of the Temples, one of Sicily’s most awe-inspiring archaeological sites. Accompanied by a local guide, we’ll stroll among the remarkably preserved ancient ruins and take in sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. Afterward, enjoy a leisurely lunch on the piazza in Agrigento, savoring regional specialties and the relaxed pace of Sicilian life. The afternoon is yours to unwind on the hotel grounds, perhaps by the pool or with a glass of wine overlooking the temples—an idyllic pause in our journey through Sicily.

Transport To Taormina

We’ll depart Agrigento this morning, making our way toward Taormina. Along the way, we’ll stop at Regaleali, a landmark estate in Sicilian winemaking and hospitality. Here, guests will enjoy a guided tour of the vineyards and cellars, followed by a tasting of the estate’s acclaimed wines and a relaxed countryside lunch. Afterward, we’ll continue our journey to Taormina, where the coastal beauty and refined charm of Sicily await.

Explore Mt Etna

Today we venture into the wild beauty of Mount Etna, Sicily’s iconic volcano. After a scenic 4x4 ride ascending the slopes, we’ll embark on a guided trek across lava fields, craters, and panoramic viewpoints, experiencing the dramatic landscapes and unique geology up close. Following our adventure, we’ll descend to a nearby winery for a leisurely lunch, savoring local wines paired with fresh, regional flavors while taking in views of the surrounding countryside—a perfect blend of adventure and indulgence on this unforgettable day.

Free Day in Taormina

Enjoy a leisurely final day in Taormina, with time to explore at your own pace. Stroll along the Corso Umberto for shopping and people-watching, visit the ancient Greek Theatre, or simply relax at a café overlooking the Ionian Sea. In the evening, we’ll gather one last time for a farewell dinner, raising a glass to new friendships and unforgettable memories from our Sicilian journey.

After an incredible tour of some of the island's highlights, our tour concludes.  From this point, you can arrange your departure from the Palermo International Airport.  For those wishing to extend the adventure - Cefalu, Marsala and other incredible areas of the island are worth your consideration.
